A session of Yin yoga focuses on 3-5 minute long-held, passive floor poses that target the deepest tissue of the body, the connective tissues–ligaments, joints, bones and the deep fascia. A consistent Yin practice will increase your overall flexibility, and reduce stress and tension. Yin Yoga also offers wonderful emotional and mental health benefits. Including a Yin 60 or 75 minute class into any fitness routine, will help recharge your body and soul. Each class is designed for all levels of practitioners: Beginners, intermediate, and advanced.
