  3. OUR MOVES ARE REPETITIVE AND EASY TO FOLLOW. We do this so our students can maximize their workouts rather than focus on complicated choreography.
  4. WE MAKE SURE WE FOCUS ON TONING WHEN WE DANCE. You will perform effective body-weight exercises and other bootcamp inspired drills that will tone and sculpt your body.
  5. EVERYTHING WE DO IS EXPLOSIVE. All of our movements are big, exaggerated, and our very best. This allows us to burn more calories, train cardiovascularly, and push ourselves both physically and mentally to experience optimal results mind, body, and spirit.
