Yin (All Level/Meditative)

Yin is a slow, passive stretching, restorative class that is excellent for students of all levels. Many seasoned yoga and fitness students have discovered this class to be the perfect complement to balance the more active practices. This class focuses on flexibility, stretching connective tissues and developing the ability to still the mind. Yin is highly recommended to incorporate into any fitness regime, when recovering from an injury or to reduce stress.
