This 60 Minute class is designed primarily for Pre & Post natal women, others are welcomed to join as well! It is a challenging vinyasa sequence with modifications that have been thoroughly tested & proven to be perfectly safe for expectant mothers at all stages of their pregnancy. This makes it a perfect beginners vinyasa class for people who want to practice without heat & for those with injuries, arthritis, post auto accidents, or the elderly. This class is designed to enable pregnant mothers to maintain their regular vinyasa practice. While it is not an easy class, it can be modified at each stage of the series making it accessible to even the most restricted people.
