Where were you born?
I’m from Wichita, Kansas! I accepted a job offer and relocated here in 1992.
How long have you been teaching at Vegas Hot?
I been teaching since January 2015, I did my training here at VegasHot! I absolutely love fitness and health. I became a personal trainer in 2002.
How long have you been teaching yoga/fitness/pilates?
A little over a year!
What made you want to be an instructor?
As a personal trainer and nutritionist, I love what I do. I enjoy helping those struggling with their weight and educating them on health and nutrition. It brings me happiness knowing that I can make a difference in their lives.
Other than hot fitness/yoga, how do you keep active in your daily life?
I trained Muay Thai 10 years ago and love boxing. I enjoy hiking, lifting weights and running. I workout 6 days a week. I am in the Meltdown Challenge with some friends and my goal is to get lean and super fit.
What are your personal goals for 2016? What are your goals for your students?
My goal is to obtain a 10% body fat and train for Tough Mutter. As for my students, I will continue to provide a great kick butt class and help them achieve their goals toward weight loss, endurance or performance. I will guide them to a happier and healthier lifestyle.
