Our Kettlebells course is modeled after Russian Kettlebell training. In this class, we provide competition kettlebells and combine a series of exercises that will improve stability, strength and muscle definition. Our class is aimed at introducing students to the Kettlebell swing and associated postures, as well as to maintain practice for intermediate level clients. This class is taught at room temperature, yet instructors may also teach the course in a heated classroom.
