Hot Sculpt 45 & 60

Hot Sculpt is a total body workout designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. Using dumb bells, clients move through series of squats, lunges, and bicep/tricep curls. This class will firm glutes, tone arms, tightens and flatten abs. Hot Sculpt combines unique versions of pilates, yoga and strength training to promote long term wellbeing and positive effects on your metabolism. This class is geared to promote weight loss while building lean muscle mass. Hot Sculpt is set to 95 degree temperature and 40% humidity.
