Barefoot Bootcamp 45 & 60

We designed Barefoot Bootcamp to burn fat and blast calories. It’s a total body workout carried out barefoot on a mat. Barefoot Bootcamp is a fun, high-energy class that consists of a warm up and high intensity cardio routine. We incorporate kettlebells into this class to strengthen and tighten muscles, and then follow up with abs exercises and a light cool down. Barefoot Bootcamp is set to 95 degrees and 40% humidity.
